We will not be able to take this tour at this time.

My wife had a stroke in November and we had to cancel our trip to Korea. I had to cancel everything but I did not know about this tour. My wife made all of the bookings. We have re-scheduled our trip to Korea for October and we will be in Jeju from the 23rd to the 27th.

Is there any way that you can keep us from losing this money and transfer our tour reservation to the 25th of October...please?
